Abuja is our first city. When we open, tenants will be able to browse verified homes, apply, and pay monthly while their landlord receives the full year upfront.
Where you’ll find homes first
Our first listings will be in Wuse 2, Gwarinpa, Jabi and Lokogoma, with more neighbourhoods as we verify landlords. Every listing will be inspected and its owner confirmed.
Why Abuja first
We’re based here, we know the market, and we wanted to get the details right — inspections, payouts, repairs, move-outs — in one city before we grow.
Lagos and Port Harcourt
Lagos comes next, then Port Harcourt. We’re already talking to landlords in both. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you the day your city opens. Lagos is planned for early 2027, with Port Harcourt to follow later that year.
