We’re starting in Abuja because it’s home and we can be on the ground for every inspection. Lagos is next, and it’s the city we hear about most from people joining the waitlist.
What we’re doing now
We’re speaking with Lagos landlords, starting with areas like Yaba, Surulere, Ikeja GRA and Lekki Phase 1, and lining up local inspectors so every Lagos listing is checked just like in Abuja.
What changes in Lagos
Lagos has its own tenancy rules, including limits on how much rent a landlord can ask for in advance. Monthly plans fit naturally with those rules, and we’ll make sure every Lagos plan follows them.
