Isn’t advance rent capped in Lagos?
The Lagos Tenancy Law 2011 makes it unlawful for a landlord to demand more than a year’s rent in advance from a new tenant. Monthly plans fit naturally within that, and every Lagos plan will follow it.
Can I keep my current Lagos flat?
Yes. Once we open, invite your landlord from the app and your home can move to a monthly plan at renewal.
