Questions from abroad

Can I be paid into a foreign account?

Payouts go to a Nigerian bank account in your name. You can then move money abroad through your bank as you do today.

Do I need to be in Nigeria to sign up?

No. You verify with your BVN and NIN online, and our team handles the inspection locally.

What does it cost?

Listing is free. Take the year upfront and nothing is taken off. Monthly payouts cost up to 5%, or up to 10% if we guarantee you’re paid even when the tenant is late.

Who looks after the home day to day?

Tenants report issues in the app. You approve repairs and we book vetted artisans, so nothing waits on a relative’s schedule.
