Monthly payment at 3% a month on the reducing balance, the most we charge. The origination fee (3% or less) is paid separately at approval. Your landlord receives the yearly rent in full on day one.

Interest and APR
Interest is 3% or less a month, charged only on what you still owe, so it falls as you repay. With the origination fee of 3% or less, that’s an APR of about 36%–47%, depending on your rate and plan length. Your exact rate, APR and total cost are shown before you sign.
Late payment
If a debit fails we retry over 5 days and call you. After 7 days, a late fee of 2% of the missed amount applies. That’s the only penalty we charge.
Early repayment
Free. Pay off whenever you like and you won’t pay interest for the months you don’t use. The origination fee isn’t refunded.
Caution fee and service charge
These are set by your landlord and shown on every listing. Your caution fee is held separately and refunded at move-out, less any agreed deductions.
Rent vault withdrawals
Free at the end of your lock. To withdraw early, give 30 days’ notice — no fee.

None from Vaqnt. Listings on Vaqnt come straight from verified landlords.
