1. How to complain

Message us in the app, email complaints@vaqnt.com, or ask us to call you. Tell us what happened and what you’d like us to do.

2. What happens next

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours, give you a named person to deal with, and aim to resolve it within 10 working days. If it will take longer, we’ll tell you why and when to expect an answer.

3. Our final response

We’ll write to you with what we found, what we’re doing about it and any compensation we’re offering.

4. If you’re not happy

About a rent plan or how we treated you as a consumer: the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. About your personal data: the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. About the rent pool: the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria.

5. Disputes between tenants and landlords

Use the dispute flow in the app. Both sides add evidence, and a Vaqnt mediator proposes a fair outcome.
