About Vaqnt

We think rent should work like salary does.

Most Nigerian tenants are paid monthly but asked for a year of rent at once. Vaqnt closes that gap — fairly, inside the rules, and with every number on the table.

Why we exist

Nobody should need a year’s salary to get a front door.

The yearly lump sum pushes people into borrowing from family, draining savings, or settling for somewhere worse. Landlords, meanwhile, want certainty. We give tenants a monthly plan and landlords the full year upfront — so both sides get what they actually need.

What we hold ourselves to.

Inside the rulesWe build inside Nigerian regulation, not around it — licensed lending, protected data, honest investing.
One clear numberEvery cost is shown before you sign. No fee hidden three screens later.
Fair to both sidesTenants and landlords each get a real way to raise a problem, and a mediator when they disagree.
