What landlords actually get from Vaqnt
Day-one payment is the headline. Verified tenants, tracked repairs and a safe payout account are the rest of the story.

When we talk to landlords, the first question is always the same: do I still get the year upfront? Yes. Once a tenant’s plan is approved and the lease is signed, the full rent goes to your verified account.
Tenants you don’t have to vet yourself
Every applicant’s identity and income is checked before you see them. You still choose who lives in your property — you just don’t have to chase bank statements to do it.
One place for every flat
Your properties sit in one list, showing what’s verified and what’s still in review. Swipe a flat to manage it, select several to update at once, and mark a home taken if you let it outside the app, so nobody applies for a flat that’s gone.
Repairs without the phone tag
Tenants report problems with photos and urgency. You reply, book a visit and close it out in one thread. At move-out, you agree deductions from the caution fee in the app — with a mediator if you can’t agree.
Payouts that can’t be redirected
Your payout only goes to an account in your verified name. Changing it triggers a 48-hour hold and confirmation on your phone and email.
