How to bring your landlord onto Vaqnt
Happy where you are? You don’t need to move to pay monthly. Here’s how inviting your landlord works.
Most people don’t want a new home — they want their current one to stop costing a year’s salary at renewal. If your landlord isn’t on Vaqnt yet, you can invite them from the app.
1. Add their details
Enter your landlord’s name, phone number, your address and your current rent. Nothing is shared until you choose how to send the invite.
2. Choose how to reach them
Send it yourself by WhatsApp or SMS, or ask us to call them. A call often works best with older landlords who prefer to hear it explained.
3. Track it
You’ll see when the invite is opened, when your landlord signs up and when we’ve verified them. Once they’re verified, your home can move to a monthly plan at your next renewal.
